Server to server
I'm presently developing a site with CFMX 7 and SQL Server 2005 hosted at
Crystal Tech. I would need to recuperate data from another database SQL Server
2000 hosted at Intermedia.net to populate the one hosted at Crystal Tech.
What would you suggest? Should I look for an XML solution?

I would use sql server enterprise manager.
You should be supplied with details to connect to both sql servers, you can then just export from one to the other.
