    Default Service Says "Starting"

    I have setup a W2003 server to run an application called
    Web Inspector from Zix Corporation. I have installed the
    software which has three services. One of the services
    never starts and just says "Starting."

    The event log displys these two errors:

    "The elfire service failed to start due to the following
    error: The system cannot open the file."

    "The IM Web Inspector Filter service terminated with
    service-specific error 3300 (0xCE4)."

    The vendor is being no help at all. Any suggestions?

    Run regedt32.exe and navigate to;
    HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\elfire
