Set pivot point of a brush
Is there a way to set the brush's pivot point instead of it being automaticaly
placed in the center of the shape ?
So, if '1' is the shape and '-' is the line path, this is what would have
happen if i used the brush on this path:
1-1-1-1-1-1
...is there a way to get this:
1 1 1 1 1 1
---------------
(1 has a pivot point set to it's bottom most point)
?

Re: Set pivot point of a brush
Use the 'Offset' controls in the 'Edit Brush' dialog.

Almost, but some of the leaves end up off target...
Is there a better way to create an olive branch (path=branch, spray brush=leaf) ?

Re: Set pivot point of a brush
I find I have far more more control if I use a Blend on a Path for each side
of the branch.
1. Start with a leaf shape rotated to 45 degree angle.
2. Clone, move to right. Blend.
3. Draw path. Attach blend to path. Show path.
4. After attaching blend to path, move the blend source objects to desired
position and rotation beside path. The blend will update. This make one side
of the branch.
5. Clone blend on path. Separately reflect the source leaves to fall on
opposite side of branch.
