Setting a default state for Multi-State buttons - Macromedia Director Lingo

I'm using the multi-state button behavior and would like to have one button set ON as the default when the app first runs. Is it possible to set the property of one of the button in the group to ON when enter a frame? Any help would be great, Thanks...

I had a quick look at the behavior (I normally don't use this one)

    Seems that you can use:

sendsprite 1, #Toggle, true -- to turn on control on channel 1

You can probably place this in a prepareFrame score script handler above
the initial frame the controls appear in.

The beahavior has a protpcol for calling while passing the script
instance read from sprite's scriptinstanceList, looks like you don't hae
    to use this complicated cheme
