Default Setting Acrobat to DEFAULT reader on OSX 10.3.9

I know that after reinstllaing Adobe on my OSX 10.4.6, i right click on the pdf document while holding down the option button to set, "Always open with" - that worked fine.

But after reinstall on laptops (OSX 10.3.9) I don't get the same option - just "Open with" without the "always". How do I set DEFAULT READER for this program? (my Mac Preview Program gets in the way). Seems like this is a basic setting that should be in the Preference section but I can't find it.

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Standard 7.0
