Setting Defaults
I recently migrated to Freehand MX (OS X) from Freehand 5.5 (OS 9).
I'd like to change the defaults so that any new page I create will open to my
preferred specifications, ie: inches vs. points, etc.. In OS 9 you could set up
a page and save it as a template called "Freehand defaults". That seems to no
longer be the case. Can anyone help me?

Re: Setting Defaults
Set up a document with all the specs you want and save as a FreeHand
Template. Then in Preferences > Document point to that file. When you ask
FHMX for a New document, it will open that file as 'Untitled'.
The installed template files are in:
(hard drive)/Users/(Username)/Library/Application Support/ Macromedia/
FreeHand MX/ 11/ English/ Settings
