    Default Setting Permissions

    I am the administrator, and would like to change the security on a couple
    of files, yet I cannot find where to do this at. I can find sharing but
    security and I am using NTFS. Help

    Default Setting permissions

    I am the administrator of a website that is controlled in Contribute. Can I set
    permissions for my "users" so that they would NOT be able to PUBLISH edited
    pages but send them back to me for final approval and publishing? How? Please
    help. Thanks

    some highlevel pointers:

    connect to the site via Contribute, then Administer it (either the Admin
    button in the My Connections dialog, or the Admin menu). In the Users and
    Roles panel, you can edit the role settings such that users can't publish.
    Then they must "Send for Review" to you so that you can post the content....

    Also make sure that everyone has updated to Contribute 3.1, as I believe this feature is only available there.
