Default Setting up PHP for Dreamweaver on Mac OSX

I'm new at this, so I hope you all will have mercy if I am not following the
proper way of posting. I'm also new to web development.

I just got studio MX and the guide tells me I can set up my apache server on
Mac OS X to enable the PHP module. I downloaded an article at the dreamweaver
developer center that I tried to follow, but cant get the proper results. It
wanted me to "uncomment" some lines, but I didn't know if "uncommenting" lines
means "delete" lines in the program they told me to work in (Terminal). Anyway,
I'm confused. Does anyone know how to enable the PHP module in OS X or point me
to a more appropriate source? Thanks!!!

I'd suggest using one of the PHP package from here:

http://www.entropy.ch/software/macosx/php/

Follow the directions, install the package, and it should update the config
files for you upon installation so you don't have to open that "dreaded"
Apache config file :-)

Best regards,
