Shared Memory instead of Network Library?
I am running SQL Server on the same box as ColdFusion. I would like to enhance
security by eliminating the possibility of accessing the SQL Server across the
network, and restrict access to ColdFusion programs. Is there a way to
configure ColdFusion to use Shared Memory library instead of Network Library?
Is this a common thing to do? Thanks, Dave Morris
