Default Sharing HP PSC120 on WindowsXP

I just installed, uninstalled and reinstalled the above
printer on my computer. It works find under the
administrator account but other limited users on the same
computer can't print from the printer. The printer shows
up in their printer folders and is selected as their
default printer, but for some reason they can't print.
Under the administrator I shared the printer, but they
still can't print. They get no error message the printer
just doesn't print. I've called HP and they say it's a
computer or software issue, I call EMachine (since WinXP
was pre-installed) and they tell me it's a XP software
issue. MS says theres jack they can do for me unless I pay
them $35, which if I had that to spare I probably wouldn't
have gotten the EMachine, then again it's the principal of
the whole thing....nobody wants to help with the issue and
everyone is passing the buck, and I know it has to be
something truly simple. I hope someone out there will have
mercy on my Soul and help me out!!!! Thanks in advance.

did you try to open the printer folder and look at the
    properties of that folder?

its on Control--> Printer and Faxes

click on security tab and try to look if the users have
    the right to print.
