Shockwave 10.3.0.24 and QuickTimer 7.4 Compatibility

My project is Using both Shockwavplayer and Quicktime Player both. When i have
the latest version of Shockwavplayer (10.3.0.24) QuickTime Player (7.x) my
application Crashes.
it is a window application and it use the Shockwave file (.dcr) while .dcr
file use the quicktime for playing the audio and is downloaded from the server.
Application on most of the brower use the above combination of Players.
the interesting fact is that when i revet back the quicktime player version to
the eiler ver (6.5.2).
my application stom crshed and working fine.
or i revert back the Shockwavplayer (10.3.0.24) to some older version it also
work fine with the latest QT..
i am stuck anyone have some idea it will be highy appriciable.
