my daughter was trying to play a game on neopets and it said she needed to
download the latest shockwave player. so we went to the site downloaded it.
first it came with a screen asking if we wanted then Norton security scan we
said no then we pressed next and then it said it was installed yet when we went
to go to the game that didnt work it still didn't work. i looked for the files
and they are all there but it wont work
