Shockwave 11 won't install
Keep getting "missing xtra" error message when trying to install Shockwave 11.
Tried several different ways but always fails. Saw earlier threads on this but
the fixes are too complicated for this computer simpleton. SW 10 worked
perfectly. Is there a way I can uninstall 11 and reinstall 10? I always
hesitate to update programs because of problems like this. Win XP, IE 6.

Try un-installing it and running the full
installer instead of the slim version.
