shockwave 3d to powerpoint
How can one place a shockwave 3d object in powerpoint? I'm assuming the .w3d file must be converted to a .swf file, but what tool do I use to do that?

Re: shockwave 3d to powerpoint
You cannot convert .w3d to .swf. You can, export your 3D animation to .swf
from 3ds max, using a plugin such as Illustrate. Possibly Maya and others
can do this too, but I can say for sure. But that will be like a video in
many ways - it won't be interactive. Unless PowerPoint can actually embed a
..dcr or possibly an .exe you won't get interactive 3D within PP.
