Shockwave missing xtra files..?

When i go onto a website with a shockwave movie on it.. It says " This
application requires a Xtra (text) that either does not exist or not installed
properly".. I have reinstalled shockwave, done system restores and this does it
on every website with Shockwave on it.. Really bugging me!

Can anybody help?

If you're running SW11 try un-installing it and running the full
installer instead of the slim version. Links to the un-installer and
full installers are at:

I have the same problem and am using the full installation of player with 36 x32 xtras. In my case, the Shockwave program starts to load and then I get a Missing Shockwave Decompression XTRA message.
