Shockwave no longer displaying one DCR file on a fewsystems
We have a training program that is created to be displayed in multiple DCR
files. Of the 12 DCR files that the user needs to access and complete, a
single DCR now will not display in Shockwave on a few computers. I recently
installed Player 10.2.0.23 because I thought the version could be an issue.
The install did not fix the issue. Instead of showing the content, the Adobe
Shockwave Player logo appears and never loads the DCR.
