shockwave not downloading
Hi i'm trying to download shockwave for my son's game. I was on live chat
earlier and the lady told me to uninstall my shockwave, which i did then i had
to go on internet explorer and delete cookies and files. She then said to
restart my computer and then download the program.
I did all of this and went back on my internet explorer and every time i
press the button to download shockwave, it shuts down my internet explorer. I'm
a complete novice on the pc, so any help would really be good, as i've promised
my son i'll get it sorted.
