Dear Experts,

I tried to play online games such as miniclips.com, shockwave.com that most of
the new games themself required shockwave player. I have already installed the
player and when I run the game that use shockwave player it always stack like
below without any ending:

"AdobeShockwave Player is now installing.
Installing compatibility components"
with progress bar....

This happen both using Mozilla or IE.

Kindly really need your help....how to make my games with shockwave can run
smoothly.
