ShockWave plugin BUG !

I had many complains from people who doesn't hear any sound in my demos. I had
to waste time trying to see what's going wrong there. It's about SW 10.1.0.11
(the latest SW plugin) and DirectSound.x32 xtra. This file is not included in
the default instalation package (bad idea b.t.w.) and (here is the bug) is not
downloaded if needed. If you click on 'Modify / Movie / Xtras' you'll see this
xtra included by default with the 'Download if Needed' option activated. Also,
you'll find this file in the autodownload.txt log file. But ... is not
downloaded and it doesn't exist on their systems ! MM guys, solve this bug
faster as much as you can. cheers

It may very well be that you have identified an issue - but if you
imagine that Macromedia is here listening to your issues then you're
deluding yourself. If you *really* want to be listened to, try the
"official" channels:
