Shortcut for comments?

Is there a keyboard shortcut for comments? Like, something where I can
select and then hit the shortcut and instantly commented (out)? I know the
shortcut in HomeSite and I really miss having it in DW.

I use a Comment Suite extension by Harold Bakker. You could probably assign
a custom keyboard shortcut to open the dialog box.
