Shortcut for deleting preferences file not working.
I'm using InDesign 3.0.1 on a Windows XP Pro computer and, according to the InDesign CIB, I should be able to delete saved preference files by holding down Control+Alt+Shift immediately after launching InDesign, but I find this doesn't work on my computer. The program continues launching and I never get a dialog asking me whether I want to delete the preference files. Does anyone else have this problem, or know of a fix? Thanks.

No need to reply to previous question. Quickness seems to be critical. "Immediately after launching" apparently means 1/4 second, not 1/2 second...kind of like that buzzer in "Jeopardy".
