Shortcut key for switching Frame?

Does anyone know if it is possible to bind a shortcut key for switching
from Frame to Frame in FWMX/2004?

Frame is kind of a generic term.... details please? Web page Frame?
Animation Frame? Frame = Fireworks Panel?

There probably already is one - Ctrl+PageUp and Ctrl+PageDn in MX. MX2004 is
on my other machine, but I'd guess its the same.

Thank you Richie, that worked. I tried in 2004. I don't understand why I
couldn't find it in the shortcuts set.

Isn't it obvious? Fireworks only has one kind of Frame - the Frames used
in the Frames panel. Whether you use them for animation or for
rollovers, they remain the same Frames. :-)

It could have just been when I posted or switching back and forth between
other forums. Or just not enough coffee. Animation was the key. FWIW, Page
Up/Page Down seems to work in MX without the Ctrl-key modifier.

Hmm, even better! Now all I need is a shortcut key to the 'Done' button when roundtripping and I "should be" happy for awhile again... :)

If you haven't checked the thread yet, check out Richiebee's new Styles. I am very exited about what he has made this time around. Thread is called "Richiebee Styles". That guy just keeps getting better and better!

Hopefully I'll have MY Devnet article ready in the next few weeks. I do hope they approve (of) it. Let's just wait 'n see.

The piglet and I keep a close eye on all of Rich's stuff. She offers up her
Crayola masterpieces for comparison and I try my best to be kind (and offer
gentle praise), but it's very difficult. The anticipation for the "full
scoop on shiny things" is almost palpable.
