We are also using C3 for our intranet with 50 editors and not only am I
happy with it, our editors love it. Just do your homework, find out
the best way to use it for your situation. We are also using
Contribute Publishing Services to manage users and it makes deploying
roles so easy. I would highly recommend it if you have some good
Dreamweaver designers on staff that can understand Contribute and make
up the proper templates.

If you have a large site, I would strongly recommend using server side
includes for global elements rather than putting them directly in the
template or even library items. It makes it so much easier to do site
wide updates.
