Side and Top Banner Page Span - Macromedia Dreamweaver

I know there is a simple answer to this? I am placing a banner in a table on the left side of the page by adding color to the table cell. How do I make this banner justify to the left with no space, i.e., banner meets the side of the browser. I also need to do this with a banner across the top. Thanks for the help. Stan...

Default Re: Side and Top Banner Page Span

    Hi Stan,

    This should work for you...

Select your page or frame and click Modify > Page Properties and set all
    margins to zero.

Left Margin and Top Margin specify the sizes of page margins in the body
tag, for Microsoft Internet Explorer only. Netscape Navigator ignores these
values, using Margin Width and Margin Height instead. For best cross-browser
results, provide margin values for both browsers instead of just one
browser; fill in all four margin values instead of just two. To ensure that
no margins appear in either browser, set all four values to 0. Dreamweaver
doesn't display page margins in the Doent window; to see the margins, use
    Preview in Browser.
