simple design question
I need to get control of my URL links. I have over 1000 an need to build a
pages to manage them. I am looking for examples of sites that have many, many
links that are well organize and annotated.

It sounds like your best bet might be to create a table with maybe 3 columns
and 1000 rows, so in the 3 columns you could have the link, then what is it,
and a section for comments. It doesn't necessarily have to look like a table
if you don't want it to, but it's probably the easiest way to organize that
many links. Here's a quick example of kind of what I mean:
