Simple Query Re Illust 10 vs CS Print Settings
Illustrator 10 (and earlier) had a place within the print dialog box where the quality of print could be chosen to best serve the quality paper being used. From what I can tell, this feature does not exist within Illustrator CS's print dialog box. Has it been tucked away in a new spot? Has it been phased out in lieu of a better method?
