Skewed printing Acrobat Pro 7.0.0 and hp Deskjet 8640

After installing OS 10.3.9, printing screen shots produce skewed (diagonal) images with a white bar across the image on my networked hp deskjet 8640 printer and also does not print all the colors of the image.

Printing is fine when printing straight from an Internet page (Netscape, Internet Explorer). Printing from all other applications works as expected.

Reinstalled Acrobat Pro 7.0.0 after trashing the earlier version. which did not solve the problem. Repaired permissions - which did not solve problem.

The images printed fine with Acrobat 5.0.

Any suggestion?

I have the same problem. with my Dj 990Cse.

I was told here to deal with it!

To print as an image instead of an normal file.

By the way there is a new HP Driver file That adds Tiger compatibility that might help Haven't tried though since installing it.
