SMS Text Message
Hi i need help
We are creating an online directory for users to find certain companies.
Searches will be carried out which will give the user the company contact
details. I would like the user to be able to use the site to text these
messages to their mobile phone. I have seen it done on other sites but do not
know how to do it myself.
Please help

Re: SMS Text Message
You need to find a company that will supply you with access to an SMS gateway. They will give you all the technical details you need.

Re: SMS Text Message
Hi, We use UnwiredAppeal (http://www.unwiredappeal.com/) out of Boston. They
offer a shared short code with keyword to reduce cost.
Clickatell(http://www.clickatell.com/) is another large provider out of South
Africa but they do not offer shared CSC for US users. Another big provider is
m-qube (http://www.m-qube.com). They claim they are "the only content
aggregator in North America to provide direct connections to ALL Tier 1
wireless carriers." There are several others out there, just do a search on
"SMS provider" or "SMS aggregator".
