Because I don't found any answer in concern of AIX 4.3.3, here is my
solution:

- AIX 4.3.3 maintenance level 11
- ISC dhcpd from package dhcp-3.0b2pl9
- one network card
- broadcast address 255.255.255.255 in en0 (via ifconfig or smit)
- Host "allones" <--> "255.255.255.255" in /etc/hosts
- "/usr/sbin/route add -host allones <interface-ip> -interface"
