Solution to slow printing, Acrobat 7 Pro
I've been having a problem with sloooooow printing in Acrobat 7 Pro.
It was taking more than a minute per page to download each page to the printer spool file, then about the same amount of time for each page to go to the printer from the computer.
The solution?
I deleted the preference files com.adobe.Acrobat.Pro.plist and com.adobe.Acrobat.Pro7.0.plist from ~/Library/Preferences.
All back to normal. (Although I did have to reset all my preferences, but that was a small price to pay.)
I hope that helps any other poor frustrated soul from tearing out clumps of their hair. I, for one, don't have enough left for that sort of thing ...
