Some one is logging in to my PC as Anonymous and Shuting me down
For the past few nights some one is logging into my PC and
shutting my pc off in the middle of my work.
I looked in the Event veiwer under Security and noticed at
shutdown, Anonymous user caused an event # 538, 540, 538
numerous times until I got shut down.??
What do I do? How can i prevent this from happening. Is it
even possible for anyone to shut me down out side of my
Home network?
Thanks
Chad

Re: Some one is logging in to my PC as Anonymous and Shuting me down
I wonder if you mean a security event 528 and a 540? If you had posted
more than the simple number, I might have been able to tell. If so,
these are normal events when using file sharing on your local network.
I imagine your PC is going into standby mode and failing to come out of
it. Check your power settings.
