Sort the table per date or per fields name

Hi alll
can anyone tell me how i can make links with one recordset (or more) which
each link is gonna sort the etails on the table for example my table is like
: ID ,products ,year,type ect. for this table i wanna make thats gonna sort
the table for example for year or for style ..how i can do that some help
pls..

answered on 20/2:

sort your table by a default field, ID for example. make every table
title a link calling the page itself passing the correspondent field as
a URL parameter so the table will be resorted

if you have doubts *** please, specify your server model *** so somebody
can give more help

thats the great thing about forums, there interactive... just re-asking the
same question annoys the people who answered you the first time, and usually
you don't get any better answers...

specify the server model, and explain where in the development you are at,
its not that complicated, but some information is needed before people can
help you further, i.e. why it didn't help and the server model (ASP, JSP,
CF, no idea)
