source editing
Using either Contribute 3 or 4.1cs I am unable to edit my web page source code.
I've tried everything I can think of, changing ediitors, calling the tech
support folks (useless) but always when I click on File/Actions/ Edit page
source..." I get the msg. "Unable to launch. Please be sure the application
exists and that there is enough memory to run it." I'm running Vista HP with
2GB ram. Anyone have any ideas?:disgust;

Re: source editing
Hi,
I believe you are trying to edit an html page using external application.
Please check what is the editor set to primary in which it should open.
Go to Edit -> Preferences -> File Editor(in the left pane) select the
apropriate file extension of the left paneof the right pane. See what is the
editor for the same. Usually by default it is notepad. Please try to asscoiate
the editor again and make it primary and try out.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,

Re: source editing
Thanks for the tip but it still doesn't work. I did make my needed source
changes by going back to my XP machine and Contribute3 with no problem. Looks
like another Vista glitch. Moral: don't give up your XP!
