Source of cheap research trinkets? - Photography

I have been trying to find Polaroid sonar rangefinder cameras, Y'know, those with the big round transducer on the front? I need to find a dozen or so as cheap as I can. The camera need not be functional as long as the sonar is OK. Can anyone help with a hine where to look? TIA Lou Hinshaw Hinshaw Designs Tulsa OK USA...
