    Can't get "sa-learn --spam spam_mail_box" right.

    What kind of file is spam_mail_box? A mbox file? Then, with 34 messages
    (all spam) in my file, the only output I can get :

    Learned from 0 message(s) (1 message(s) examined).

    What do I miss??

    By default, sa-learn treats files as maildir. Use

    sa-learn --mbox --spam spam_mail_box

    Thank you very much.

    Nearly (?) ok, as my script gives:

    [rootheron bin]# ./spamassassin_learn
    Learned from 0 message(s) (35 message(s) examined).
    Learned from 0 message(s) (35 message(s) examined).

    The script is :
    #!/bin/bash
    SA_LEARN=/usr/bin/spamassassin/sausr/bin/sa-learn
    SPAM=/home/gaetan/.mozilla/default/hpb1staj.slt/Mail/mail.mediom.qc.ca/Trash
    NON_SPAM=/home/gaetan/.mozilla/default/hpb1staj.slt/Mail/mail.mediom.qc.ca/Inbox

    $SA_LEARN --mbox --spam $SPAM
    $SA_LEARN --mbox --ham $NON_SPAM

    The 35 messages in Inbox is strange to me; mozilla seems to keep the
    messages in the original mbox file also. (?) Also each of these messages
    keeps "autolearn=no" in the X-Spam-Status after sa-learn is run (?) Not
    too sure what I miss. I keep trying.

    You need to compact the Inbox before running sa-learn. When you delete
    an email from the Inbox, Netscape copies it to the Trash, but it doesn't
    clean up the space the email was at in the Inbox. You can see this if
    you actually edit the Inbox by hand (just don't write to it).
