spambot email protection method?
Is anyone using, or know of, a method of protecting email addresses from
spambots that is easy for clients to use in Contribute? The technique has to
be simple for my clients, who are Contribute users that don't understand any
HTML or javascript at all, so I need to find a simple method that they can
learn to use whenever they need to add an email address to a web page in
Contribute.
All the web pages are in Coldfusion, so a server-sdie solution is possible if
there's some such suitable method.
Any ideas or experiences?

Re: spambot email protection method?
In my experience the best solution for this is to not post any e-mail addresses
at all on the pages. I realize that this is not always tenable. And it will
require some additional work to create contact forms for all the uses you are
using.
One form processor that I have found to work really well is

On my site we are using it in conjunction with the ReCaptcha project to cut
down on the amount of spam submissions we get.
