A fairly simple method would be to put each view of the car on its own layer in a PSD and then use Save for Web to make an animated Gif. Not best image quality, but supported by most browsers and really easy to add to a web page.

What about this for a wild idea?
Take at least a piture of all four corners of your car and then stitch these to one panoramic photo.
Then make a few copies of this panoramic photo.
If I am not mistaken PE2 allows you to run short films. You could then string the various copies and that should create an image of your car turning around?
