Spry Horizontal Meun dropdown appear behind flashslideshow - Macromedia Dynamic HTML

I have a navigation bar set up at the top of my site. Directly below that is my content container, within that container is a Flash Slideshow. When the menus drop down from the navigation bar they are hidden by the slides as the slide show moves through each image, How do I get the dropdowns to appear over the slide show while the slide show is running?...

All Active content on a page will always rise to the top, so to speak,
including Flash, certain form elements, Java applets, and Active X controls.
This means that each of these will poke through layers. There is not a good
cross-browser/platform reliable way to solve this issue, but if you can be
confident in your visitors using IE 5+ or NN6+, then you can use the Flash
wmode parameter (however, Safari does not support this properly!).

Thanks, I'll give this a try.

I notice this site also has a navigation bar on top of a flash movie on the
home page and doesn't even use there own Active Content script they use
    something different...

So note to ADOBE... if you're using a technique on your own site I should be
able to te it using YOUR products don't ya think??
