SpryNav Help - Macromedia Dynamic HTML

I have the horizontal spry navigation on my website, inside a AP div tag. When I try to apply the css for this div tag ONLY, it actually applies it to the whole page, and it makes all of the font really big. How can I get it to only apply to the div tag, or what fo you think I should do?...

    You have the div tagged defined with an id, right? Yeah attach the code if you could.

    yes, the div id is "apDiv13".

    I have attached the code.

    <div id="apDiv13">
    <script src="/SpryMenuBar.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
    <link href="/SpryMenuBarHorizontal.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"
    id="NavCSS" />
    <ul id="MenuBar1" class="MenuBarHorizontal">
    <li><a href="about.html">About</a> </li>
    <li><a href="member_benefits.html">Learn</a></li>
    <li><a href="contact.html">Contact</a> </li>
    <li><a href="index.html">Homepage</a> </li>
    </ul>
    <div align="center">
    <script type="text/javascript">
    <!--
    var MenuBar1 = new Spry.Widget.MenuBar("MenuBar1",
    {imgDown:"../SpryAssets/SpryMenuBarDownHover.gif",
    imgRight:"../SpryAssets/SpryMenuBarRightHover.gif"});
    //-->
    </script>
    </div>

    How does your CSS look. Do you have it as direct as possible?

    #apDiv13 #MenuBar1 .MenuBarHorizontal li a {
