SQL0805N Package "NULLID.SQLC29N3" was not found. SQLSTATE=51002 - IBM DB2

Anyone knows why it keeps doing this? What I Did: I just installed DB2 client 6.1 on a Win2k thinkpad laptop machine. THis machine is connected to a DB2 Universal Database 7 on desktop PC server(win2k) via a null ethernet tcp/ip connection. I launched DB2 client command line and logged into the server from laptop. I think proceeded to created a table, "Create table mytable(f1 varchar(30))". THen I proceeded to "select * from mytable" and: SQL0805N Package "NULLID.SQLC29N3" was not found. SQLSTATE=51002 That's not all: I tried do these and it didn't help: db2 => connect to ibmusr user db2admin ...

    Default SQL0805N Package "NULLID.SQLC29N3" was not found. SQLSTATE=51002

    db2 => grant execute on package NULLID.SQLC29N3 to PUBLIC

    You need to bind the runtime client packages. Go to the Client
    Configuration Assistant, choose your database and then click on the "Bind"
    button.
