Stacking PDFs As Transparency Images
Is it possible to start with a "generic form" PDF and then stack other PDFs on top of it as transparent overlays, so that after all the overlays are added you can see everything from the bottom up as one PDF?

You can create FDF files that reference external data, even pull it from a DB.
