If you are asking how to make an Access database work without Access
being on the user's PC, you cannot. The database you wrote, is just a
set of instructions for the Access programme to follow. So Access must
be present on the user's machine.

You will either have to have the retail Access version on each machine
or you could have the Developer version which allows you to distribute
a run-time version of Access along with your database.
