Mac OS 10.2.8, v 6.1
1. After loading a bunch of extensions from the Dreamweaver extensions
exchange;
the drop down file menu would not drop down
2. Running the OS X permissions Utility Repair , Norton Utilities, and
optimizing the hard drive; Dreamweaver MX
would not completely load. Loading quit when it reached the "
Initializing server behaviors" stage
Should everything Dreamweaver MX be uninstalled ? ( including all those pesky
extensions that took so long to load )
Then re-install and reset the preferences, etc ? OR is there a better way,
that you you will tell me about ?

is one that causes things to go back to "normal".
It is certainly possible that you may need to do a complete uninstall
removing any left over preferences/configuration folders and then start
again.
