Starting ids SERVer but stops again with listener-thread: err = -25572

hi all.

i just installed IDS 9.30 in windows XP. and am getting the
following
errors.
Can any one help me.

While Installation i got the following messagees:
1. Failed to make necessary Changes to order to enable
event log reporting
of dynamic Server Messages they will not be properly
displayed in the event
viewer.
2.
unable to initialize the dynamic Servcer check Event
Viewvers security log
and c:-------online log file which is displayed below.

Attached is onconfig file also

-25572 Network driver cannot bind a name to the port.

A system call has failed. The sqlexecd daemon or database server cannot
access the network port that is specified by the servicename in the
sqlhosts file. This situation might occur because the network port is
already in use by another sqlexecd, database server, or other
application. Use a different servicename on the command line (prior to
Version 6.0) or in the sqlhosts file (beginning with Version 6.0).
Contact your system administrator for assistance.

Make sure your port number.

Anyone use your specific port number ?
netstat command will help you.
e.g)
c:\> netstat -a

You can find what port number is used.
