Still No Solution for the Acrobat Pro 7Feature to Export to Palm Reader

Hi Adobe Service Department:

My problem reported earlier this month has had no answer, so I'm writing again. I will enclose the Prior message console problem I get when I try to re-authenticate my Palm Pilot under Tiger in order to use the advanced feature to allow me to download prepared Acrobat docs to it. Updating the Tiger 10.4.2 since this time has not helped an produced a similar message. The problem still causes my Acrobat Pro 7.0.2 to shut down unexpectedly, sometimes not to be able to boot up. Will SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM AT APPLE OR ADOBE. I use this feature a LOT and am crippled without it. Five folks contacted me on my earlier forum entry on this feature (either with Acrobat Pro or the free Reader versions 7.0 - 7.0.2) with precisely the same error shut downs and inability to get the Adobe system to plug in our registered Palm Pilot as I have.
