Stop the Target = "_top" from happining. - Macromedia Dynamic HTML

How can I stop (target = "_top") during a click event? I have a frames page that has a link to an affiliate page ` in this affiliate page is (target = "_top") on the links. (ex. ). This being click eliminates my frame page. How can I fix that? Thanks, Eric...

Do you have permission to edit the affiliate pages? If not then you are
