Stopping Flash from Reloading with PHP fails.
I am researching a problem where PHP is used to stop flash from running
when a page is reloaded (in other words, the flash is supposed to just
run once on loading). The code works on machines that are running Fire
Fox and a several that are running IE 6 but fails on one of the IE
machines. Any suggestions?
