Storing server side information into a javasript array - Macromedia ColdFusion

Is there a way to loop throw a query and store on of the fields contents in an array? what I want to do is have a form that will fill in an input text box based on a value selected in a select box. If someone can help me out, it would be much appreciated Thanks In Advance, Pat...

    Default Re: Storing server side information into a javasriptarray

    <cfquery name="qry">
    Select emailaddress
    from myTable
    </cfquery>

    <script>
    var eAddress = new Array();
    <cfoutput query="qry">
    eAddress[currentrow-1] = "#emailaddress#";
    </cfoutput>
    </script>

    Note: currentrow-1 is because js arrays start at zero while the recordset
    starts at one.
