When I print a .ps file from AI 10 and distill it with Distiller 6 the page size and orientation is sometime correct and sometime defaults to letter, portrait. I set everything up in the separations setup and the page set up. I haven't been able to determine a pattern. Sometimes I set the default size in Distiller to tabloid, the largest I can print, and then crop the pdf to the correct size.
