    Default strange phenomenon

    for some strange reason when i am using the gentoo and set up glftpd my
    users get really bad speed and that is weird since i am on a 10Mbit and not
    even half my bw gets used... never has this problem with (!!!note this is
    blasphemy!!) windows (just had basically every other possible problem with
    that)
    anyone have any useful suggestions on what might be wrong??
